| Bill Part No. | The Inventory item number that is being manufactured where this inventory part is included. |
| Reference | The reference number recorded in the form |
| Production Date | Date the Work Order was activated |
| Quantity | The quantity that has been allocated to WIP on the Manufacturing Requisition |
| Warehouse | Warehouse the transaction was raised in |
